Jazz Festival in New Orleans Fashion

Jazz Feastival

I am headed to Jazz Fest in New Orleans on Thursday and wanted to share this New Orleans inspired post for my trip. New Orleans is the perfect city to wear a bit of lace and old fashioned jewelry. But walking around all day you need a good pair (and of course stylish shoes). And last but not least some cut-offs and a rock and roll style bag with fringe and a long strap that won't get in the way when you are dancing in the streets.

Shown: Butterfly Lace Frill Hem $65 Topshop, Antik Batik Bongo Bag $320 Net-a-Porter, Gap Destructed jean shorts $25, Narciso Sunglasses - Roberto Cavalli $285 Forzieri.

House of Harlow - Deco Jewelry

House of Harlow
by featuring

I have been following Nicole Richies jewelry line House of Harlow for a while. I think she has a great sense of style and the vintage inspired art deco pieces shown here from her line are great.

Shown: Yellow Gold Plated And Black Resin Necklace $200, Peacock Cuff in Gold Singer22.com $115, Gold Plated Black Enamel Earrings and $79 Gold Aztec Bangle with Leather $75 aasos.com.

Earrings by Plume of The Banquet Brooklyn

I am loving the lavishness and decadence of these earrings by Plume. The gold and diamond cascades remind me of another era one with more style and grace. While the studs can be worn daily adding just the right touch of glamour for any outfit. Available at The Banquet (formerly Council) in Brooklyn.

This Season's Must Have Accessory: A Watch

If you are trying to figure out what must have accessory to invest in this season the perfect thing is these oversized watches. They add a bit of sophistication and heavy metal (bling!) to the most casual or the dressiest of outfits. The bigger the better! Shown here: Swatch Fancy Me Watch at Nordstrom $150 and Michael Kors Gold Midsized Cushion Watch $250 Neiman Marcus.
