Its perfectly mid-weight for the confused New York weather at the moment, plus adds a certain degree of effortless drama to any ensemble. Its geometric quality reminds me of one of my favorite collections by Comme Des Garcons from SS09, where one look after another featured hexagonal construction - shapes applied to garments. My favorite!
